ANDORA,
THE GOLDEN BEACHES OF LIGURIA
JUST A STEP AWAY FROM ANCIENT OLIVE GROVES
Between Capo Mele and Capo Mimosa, in Liguria, in the Province of Savona, there is a land attractive all year round thanks to its mild climate and the countless activities that can be practiced there.
Andora is characterized by a deep beach with fine and natural sand like few others in Liguria. It has a tourist port near the city center with more than 800 berths, a rich agricultural plain home of the Genoese DOP Basil, and an hinterland dotted with typical villages surrounded by traditional olive groves joined by miles of scenic trails, loved by the champions and fans of mtb.
The summer bathing season is pleasant, thanks to a clean sea that slopes gently, particularly suitable for families with children.
On the natural sandy coast, the public and open beaches alternate with modern and welcoming bathing establishments.
The sea offers sportsmen perfect waves to ride with surfboards, SUP boards or longboards, and a wind that fills the sails of Wind Surfs, Kite Surfs and crews engaged in important national and international sailing competitions.
Our tourist destination has been awarded the Blue Flag continuously since 1987 thanks to our commitment in the environmental field.

“Andora Bike Theatre: a wonderful sight!”: it consists of 54 kilometers of trails divided into four paths recently cleaned and traced, marked and enriched with maps and areas equipped with tables and benches. Four routes of varied difficulty that offer simple, medium-demanding or extreme hiking and mountain biking trips for downhill lovers.
If you love the pleasures of the table do not miss the market in the port with the daily catch.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the immediate hinterland, where the oil mills await visitors to learn about the “yellow gold” and the cultivation and production techniques of Val Merula.
Don’t forget to taste the Belendina Onion, recent Slow Food Presidium.
